1. What size should I order?

It all depends on the vibe you’re going for!!! Please refer to our Size Guide.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s ever an issue with your order—like a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item—please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll make it right and send you a replacement if needed.

 

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping will take 3-5 working day

We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. However, we do allow a 24-hour window for size amendments if needed. If you need to make a change, please reach out within that timeframe.
